Would you bet on yourself in 2019? (Final Reminder for Tomorrow)
Here is the ONE question that will make you squirm:
How much are you willing to bet (on yourself) that you will achieve your goals in 2019?
Please take a moment to pause and consider your answer to that question.
If you are uneasy about making that bet, then what does that tell you?
One thing it might tell you: planning the year is the easy part. Doing the work consistently, over the entire year, is the hard part.
How in the world could one guarantee achieving their goals? Hint: it’s not by setting a low, easy goal. Really, how satisfying would that be anyway? Wouldn’t it be empty and meaningless, to achieve some easy goal you could have done anyway? How much more fulfilling would it be to really push for the goal you really want, and at least, if you fail, fail trying (see Teddy Roosevelt quote at end of this email).
Getting back to you and achieving your goal(s):
- What is it going to take?
- How can you guarantee your success?
- Or…can you at least guarantee your best chance for success?
