We have been trained as real estate sales people to present and defend our value.  We are worth it, and let us tell you why, dang it!

In this class we’re going to explore a radically different approach.  I mean radical.  Sit down, because what comes next is going to blow your mind.  And, you are likely to say its not possible. 

    Consider that charging your full fee is your competitive advantage.  

    In fact, charging your full fee is a way to do more business (not less)!

Whoah.  You might be thinking, “did he really just say that?”  Yup.  I did.  

Warning:  this is not for the faint of heart.  This is not for amateurs.  This is only for true professionals.  If real estate is your part time gig, this is not for you.  However, if this is your profession, if real estate is how you ‘feed your family,’ then this is for you.

Our marketplace is constantly changing.  With all the new competition, with all the talk of discounting, with all the talk of technology, here is a very simple approach to doing more business and earning more money doing it.  Charging your full fee costs NOTHING.  It is pure profit.  Furthermore, it does not take any fancy marketing, nor shiny gimmicks or technology to accomplish this feat.  Everything we are going to talk about is rooted in documented human behavior.  

While you don’t need to buy anything new to implement this approach, nor do you need to invest in new listing presentations or more open house signs, it is going to cost you something. It is going to cost you your pride.  This is likely to fly in the face of everything you have done in the past – much of which has worked!  You have to be willing to look at the listing appointment, and working with sellers, from a different point of view.
